Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to bookings made with Arshad Mohammed trading as KickOff Kids.
Public open play drop-ins
Parents may cancel a public open play drop-in booking up to 48 hours before the session start time.
If cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the session, the parent is eligible for a refund.
If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the session, the booking is not usually eligible for a refund.
Private playdates
Private playdates require full payment upfront unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Parents may cancel a private playdate up to 48 hours before the agreed start time.
If cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the playdate, the parent is eligible for a refund.
If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the playdate, the booking is not usually eligible for a refund.
Where a deposit arrangement has been agreed, the refund position for the deposit will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
Holiday football camps
Parents may cancel a holiday camp booking up to 48 hours before the camp day starts.
If cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the camp day starts, the parent is eligible for a refund.
If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the camp day starts, the booking is not usually eligible for a refund.
Illness
If a child is unwell, they should not attend.
The normal cancellation rules apply.
If cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the session starts, the parent is eligible for a refund.
If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the session starts, the booking is not usually eligible for a refund.
KickOff Kids may consider exceptional circumstances at its discretion.
No-shows
If a child does not attend a booked session and no cancellation is made, no refund will usually be given.
Late arrival
If a child arrives late, the session will still finish at the original scheduled time.
No partial refund will be given for late arrival.
Cancellation by KickOff Kids
If KickOff Kids cancels a session for any reason, including unsafe pitch conditions, venue closure, extreme weather, staff illness, or no suitable indoor space being available, parents will be offered either:
A refund
A credit towards a future session
Weather
Sessions usually continue in normal rain.
If weather becomes unsafe or unsuitable, children may be taken indoors for supervised activities where indoor space is available.
If the pitch is unsafe and no suitable indoor space is available, KickOff Kids may cancel the session and offer a refund or credit.
Refund timing
Approved refunds will be processed as soon as reasonably possible.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in the parent’s account, depending on the bank, payment provider, Bookwhen, or Stripe processing times.

To cancel a booking, parents should follow the cancellation process through Bookwhen where available.
