  1. Our services

KickOff Kids provides fun-first football experiences for children aged 5–11.

Our services include:

Public open play drop-ins
Private football playdates
Holiday football camps

Sessions are designed around football, games, movement, social play, confidence, mini tournaments, and active fun.

KickOff Kids is not a football academy and does not guarantee player development, selection, performance improvement, or progression into any club or team.

  1. Bookings and payments

Bookings are made through Bookwhen unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through Bookwhen and Stripe.

A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation message has been issued.

Parents and guardians are responsible for making sure all booking information is accurate, including the child’s age, medical details, allergies, emergency contacts, and any additional needs.

  1. Age range

KickOff Kids sessions are for children aged 5–11.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if a child is outside the stated age range for the session.

  1. Parent and guardian responsibility

Parents or guardians must make sure children arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to take part.

Parents may stay and watch or drop off, depending on the session type and venue arrangement.

For drop-off sessions, the parent or guardian must be contactable throughout the session.

Children must be collected by the stated finish time, unless there is a confirmed collection window.

  1. Late collection

There is a 30-minute collection window after each 1.5-hour session.

If a child is collected more than 30 minutes after the session ends, a late collection fee of £5 per 15 minutes applies.

Repeated late collection may result in future bookings being refused.

  1. Health, illness, and medical information

Children who are unwell should not attend.

Parents and guardians must tell KickOff Kids about any medical conditions, allergies, medication requirements, injuries, SEND needs, or additional support needs before the session starts.

If a child becomes unwell or injured during a session, we will contact the parent or emergency contact.

In an emergency, we may contact emergency services.

  1. Medication

Parents must tell us in advance if a child needs medication during a session.

Medication must be clearly labelled with the child’s name and instructions.

KickOff Kids reserves the right to refuse attendance if medication needs cannot be managed safely within the session.

  1. Behaviour expectations

All children are expected to:

Listen to coaches and helpers
Respect other children
Respect staff and volunteers
Use kind language
Play safely
Follow venue rules

If a child behaves in a way that is aggressive, unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or harmful to others, KickOff Kids may remove the child from the activity, contact the parent or guardian, refuse future bookings, or place the child on a temporary or permanent ban.

No refund will usually be given if a child is removed due to serious behaviour issues.

  1. Safety and participation

Football and active play involve natural risks, including slips, trips, falls, collisions, and minor injuries.

KickOff Kids will take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment, clear instructions, and appropriate supervision.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  1. Weather and venue conditions

Sessions usually continue in normal rain and outdoor conditions.

If rain or weather becomes unsuitable, children may be taken indoors for supervised activities where indoor space is available.

A session may be stopped, postponed, or cancelled if:

The pitch is unsafe
There is lightning or extreme weather
The venue closes
Indoor space is unavailable
There is another safety concern

If KickOff Kids cancels a session, parents will be offered a refund or credit.

  1. Private playdates

Private playdates require full payment upfront unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Private playdates are subject to the same cancellation and refund rules unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Parents must provide accurate details about the number of children, ages, preferred structure, medical needs, and any indoor snack break requirements.

  1. Holiday camps

Holiday camps include football activities, games, tournaments, breaks, and social activities.

Parents must provide food, snacks, drinks, suitable clothing, and any medication required unless KickOff Kids confirms otherwise.

Children must bring enough water and appropriate footwear.

  1. Photos and videos

KickOff Kids may take photos and videos for:

Parent updates
WhatsApp parent community
Social media
Website content
Marketing

Photo and video consent should be given during booking.

Parents can withdraw consent by emailing enquiries@kickoffkids.com.

If consent is withdrawn, we will stop using future images of that child where reasonably possible. We may not be able to remove content already shared, downloaded, or reposted by others.

  1. WhatsApp, email, SMS, and calls

KickOff Kids may contact parents using WhatsApp broadcast, WhatsApp community, email, SMS, or phone call for booking updates, urgent updates, safety information, reminders, and session communication.

If parents join a WhatsApp group or community, their profile name, photo, and phone number may be visible to other members depending on WhatsApp settings.

  1. Personal belongings

Children should not bring valuable items to sessions.

KickOff Kids is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings unless caused by our negligence.

  1. Venue rules

All parents, guardians, children, and guests must follow the rules of Goals Wimbledon and any other venue used by KickOff Kids.

KickOff Kids may refuse attendance if venue rules are broken.

  1. Changes to sessions

KickOff Kids may change session times, formats, activities, coaches, venues, or pitch allocations where needed.

If a major change affects your booking, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

  1. Refusal of booking
